قرر المشير حسين طنطاوى، رئيس المجلس العسكرى، وقف إحالة المدنيين للمحاكم العسكرية، إلا فيما ينص عليه قانون الأحكام العسكرية.
كان العديد من القوى السياسية، طالبت خلال الفترة الماضية بوقف إحالة المدنين للقضاء العسكرى، مؤكدين على حق المواطنين فى المحاكمة أمام قاضيهم الطبيعى، وهو المطلب الذى تبنته المليونيات السابقة
